The Large Marina bag mint is ideal to carry everything with you in a stylish way. Because of its size, it works great for a long day where you have everything you need inside. You can also use it for the beach!

It is lined on the inside, closes with a zipper, and has a small pouch on the inside that likewise has a zipper. Ideal for storing your keys, cell phone, or coins. On the outside, it has beautiful pompoms that hang down, which you can easily change sides if you want to.

Like all our garments it is handmade and the technique used is backstrap loom. The design belongs to the community of Santo Tomas Jalieza in Oaxaca and is made by a group of artisans organized by Mrs. Ilde.

Each piece is unique and unrepeatable so it has its own peculiarities of its manual manufacture, these small imperfections should not be seen as flaws but as part of its unique character.

Ilde belongs to a collective that started more than 50 years ago. There are about 50 women and every two years they change the person who coordinates them, especially if there are larger orders, so that the work is equally shared.

When you visit them you can see that while some are selling, others are making backstrap loom pieces. They are very kind and hardworking women. Because they are so well organized and have years of experience, the communication and work through Ilde has been very effective.
