Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Thanks for your purchase! We hope you love the item (s)  you ordered. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with it, you may return it to us for full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS

You can return your order up to a maximum of 14 days after receiving the package. Please be aware about the return process and conditions: 

  • The return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
  • For sale items we will give you a voucher and not a refund
  • Please send us an email to hello@amayaonlineshop.com informing us about your return and the main reason for it: a) I don't like how I look, b) Size, c) Change my mind.
  • Once we receive your email and confirm the return also by email, you can send the items back to us.
  • You must send us an email including: the tracking number, name of the person who bought the item in our online shop and the item description as it appears on the online shop.
  • The package must be sent back to us insured with tracking number in its original package 
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with no labels removed. 
  • Personalized items are excluded from exchange.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange the ordered article with the same article in a different size or color (if it applies). Please contact us, to arrange an exchange hello@amayaonlineshop.com . In case of an exchange the buyer has to pay the shipping costs for the return. Amaya will pay for the shipping costs for the new and exchanged article. 

 

REFUNDS

24 hours after we have received and verified that the item was returned in compliance with the conditions described above (Returns), we will send you a confirmation email and proceed to process the refund in the same way it was purchased, excluding shipping costs. 

If the order was paid with a gift card, you will get a new one for the same amount of the original one.
