SHIPPING POLICY

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany and the EU. 

We deliver within Germany from 200 € order value free of shipping costs.

From 200€ order value you will not incur any additional costs for postage and packaging for a delivery within Germany (exception bulky goods surcharge). If the order value is less than 200 €, we charge around  € 5,50 for postage / packaging.

In case of partial returns, if the value of the retained goods is less than the free shipping limit, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs of € 5,50 from the refund amount.

For shipments to the EU we charge a flat rate of € 13,99 for postage/packaging. 

Delivery will be made by DHL within 3-5 business days (EU countries 5-7 business days).

The shipping costs can only be determined if there are items in the shopping cart.
